The cottage had the most well-equipped kitchen, super pretty bedrooms, and a cozy sitting room. The English countryside vibe was jaw-dropping with thick curtains and antique furnishings. It offered privacy and tranquility, and we slept like logs. The owner was responsive, and the instruction book was very helpful. The location was amazing, with great views and easy access to walks and stately homes. The garden was lovely, and I even had a squirrel spy on me! The facilities were top-notch, with a fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, and garden furniture. The location was peaceful and secluded, with beautiful views, sheep, and bird songs. We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby villages and enjoying the local pub. it was mind-blowingly fantastic!

Bittles Cottage really gave us great value for our money. The room was cozy and full of character, with unique features like steep stairs and an attic twin bedroom that our kids loved. The location was amazing, with breathtaking views and easy access to all the attractions by car. The host, Kate, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel welcomed and at ease throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a small welcome pack or some biscuits. It's the little things that can make a big difference in providing a warm and welcoming experience for guests.

The cottage was well equipped and clean on arrival. The Rayburn and log burner provided a cozy atmosphere. The location was nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay.
The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable, especially for someone with back pain and pregnancy. The wallpaper was coming off the walls and the overall condition of the cottage was poor.

Well-equipped kitchen with fresh milk, great location for walking with beautiful views, had dinner in the garden due to lovely weather.
Poor maintenance and neglect, wallpaper coming off walls, uncomfortable sofas, fire escape instructions were hilarious, plastic-covered dining table.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming countryside cottage. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery made for lovely walks with our dogs. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed, saving us from overpacking. The well-prepared instruction book and responsive owner added to our enjoyable experience. Despite a small bath and lack of secure garden, we still had a pleasant weekend getaway. The quaint rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and cozy sitting room added to the charm.
